Job Description
URGENTLY REQUIRED CASHIER and RECOVERY OFFICER:
For a distribution company based at Keamari.
Responsibilities:
1. Timely and correctly receiving cash Sale against route closures.
2. Transparent and credible management of petty cash accounts.
3. Timely submission of all expenses for billing
4. Counting cash and ensuring proper and safe keeping of cash.
5. Arranging deposit of cash in bank on a daily basis
6. Preparation of accurate time management data of employees.
7. 100% Accuracy in posting and allocation in AR module.
8. 100% Accuracy in payment processing with complete job file / PO.
9. Preparation & verification of Daily Cash and Sales Report.
10. Follow up of Tax Challan with the sales persons.
11. Strict compliance of company policy & procedures.
QUALIFICATION: Commerce graduate
EXPERIENCE of petty cash handling of 1 year.
SALARY: 35-40k
