36Chapal (Pvt.) Limited is a cloud computing company since 2014 in Pakistan is looking for an experienced, professional and disciplined “Digital Marketing Manager”

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify intent signal sources to consolidate intent data for optimised audience segmentation
  • Develop and execute enriched marketing campaigns that evangelise leads and move them toward consideration and decision-making phase
  • Set up email marketing automation using tools such as Mailchimp
  • Identify retargeting lists for Display Advertising and paid social media
  • Execute and monitor retargeting ad campaigns and dynamic website experiences
  • Provide performance reporting KPIs on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Analyzing and improvising post-campaign results and executing refinements
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search SEO, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing
  • Review and manage digital marketing content, including blog posts, articles, infographics and social media posts·
  • Work with other marketing team members to develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing plan
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Measuring performance of the campaigns through web analytics tool and measure ROI
  • Provide inventive design for content marketing
  • Ensure that brand message is consistent
  • Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimisation

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent degree in the relevant field
  • Minimum of 5+years of experience as a Digital Marketing Lead, Digital Marketer
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Experience in creating forms and landing pages.
  • Experience in using Google Analytics and other tracking tools to monitor and optimize marketing efforts
  • Must be familiar with SEO and YouTube campaigns/able to execute Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram campaigns
  • Must be tech-savvy
  • Devoted leadership skills
  • Excellent management skills
  • Highly organizational and creative
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in English Language
  • Age Bracket: 30-36
  • Shift Schedule: Mon-Sat 9:00 AM-6:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
