Job Responsibilities:

Being a Digital Trainee Executive – Engineering/IOT Product Development, you may be placed in any of the following departments, assisting the respective team in the digital transformation projects & upscaling your IT & Digital skills, through a structured Development framework.

Its a chance to understand & get hands-on exposure in the following domains:

• Government & Corporate Sales (Sales ecosystem, Product design & development, Translating commercial requirements into technical specifications and Product testing & delivery)
• Engineering - Network Operations & Maintenance Center (NOMC) (Data Analytics/Python)
• Engineering - E2E (Data Analytics/Python)

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

• Degree: At-least Bachelors or Master’s Degree/ equivalent to 16 years of education
• Specialization: Preferably Telecom/ Electronics/ Software Engineering/ Electrical or any relevant domain. Candidates having Business degrees with sound technical knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
• CGPA/ Score: Secured a minimum 2.5 CGPA or 70% marks
• Graduation year: 2023
• Age: Maximum 26 Years (at the time of onboarding)

Work Experience:

• Maximum upto 1 year

• Familiarity with IOT product design & development
• Understanding of the overall sales ecosystem
• Should be able to translate the commercial requirement into IT / Engineering specifications
• knowledge of telecom business, IOT products & latest trends will be a plus
