We're in search of a skilled individual to join our team and take our Facebook advertising efforts to the next level. If you have 3-5 years of experience in Facebook ads and digital marketing, along with a passion for driving conversions and increasing brand awareness, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and optimize Facebook ad campaigns that align seamlessly with our business goals.
  • Conduct research to pinpoint target audiences and devise effective ad targeting strategies.
  • Develop eye-catching ad creatives, including compelling copy, engaging images, and captivating videos.
  • Craft conversion-driven landing pages.
  • Monitor ad performance, track KPIs, and generate insightful campaign performance reports.
  • Continuously fine-tune ad campaigns to boost ROI and enhance conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with Facebook ad policies and algorithm updates for optimal compliance and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing team to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experiment with new Facebook ad features and strategies to identify growth and optimization opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Facebook ads and digital marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of Facebook ad campaign management, creative development, targeting, and optimization strategies.
  • A proven track record of creating and managing successful Facebook ad campaigns.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
