Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to play a pivotal role in our social media marketing campaigns. As a Graphic Designer at Red Squares, you will collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and produce visually stunning assets that resonate with our client's target audiences. Your designs will not only be aesthetically pleasing but will also have a strategic impact on enhancing brand awareness and engagement across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop visually compelling graphics, and multimedia content for social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand client briefs and transform concepts into impactful visual designs that convey the intended message effectively.

Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Stay updated with design trends, social media algorithms, and emerging technologies to consistently deliver innovative and cutting-edge designs.

Must have in-depth knowledge and understanding of copywriting

Work collaboratively with copywriters, photographers, videographers, and other team members to deliver cohesive and integrated creative solutions.

Candidate must be able to edit images and make them visually appealing

Revise and iterate on designs based on feedback from clients, colleagues, and stakeholders while meeting deadlines and maintaining design quality.

Maintain organized files and documentation of design assets to facilitate efficient project management and future reference.

Assist in developing and refining the visual identity and branding elements for both clients and the agency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within a social media marketing context.

Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

Strong understanding of social media platforms, their specific design requirements, and trends.

Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, highlighting creativity, versatility, and ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and visual, to effectively convey concepts and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, layout, and typography.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and animation is a plus.

Familiarity with social media analytics and performance metrics is advantageous.
