Job Description

PTCL, A leading Telecommunication company requires Customer Care Executive (CCE) for their helpline 1218 located in PTCL Exchange, Lahore. The candidate must have good communication skills in (English and Urdu), energetic and confident. Their prime responsibility will be to deal with customers problems on telephone and resolve issues. Basic computer skills required.

  • Position: Customer Care Executive
  • Education: Intermediate/Bachelor
  • Experience: Fresh to 1 year

Job Responsibilities:

To handle and respond to customer calls.

To provide online support to the customer regarding the PTCL services.

Verify billing address

Conduct Dial out activity for Withdrawals/ Sales leads etc.

Follow up on stuck SRs

To enhance the sales of PTCL products and contribute the revenue.

Follow up with Operatinos team for fault rectifications exceeding 48 hours

Reassign fault rectification when required

Create / close Network Trouble Ticket

Create CRM based reports

Keep faults' record for respective regions

Execute special tasks assigned during duty.
