Job Description
At Nakisa, our people are our most important asset. We are growing fast and are looking for a HR Intern to assist our HR & Recruitment department with finding best talents to join our amazing team.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment or human resources, with knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and assist the senior Recruiter in fulfilling the hiring needs of the company.
- Think out of the box and come up with the most effective methods of recruiting and attracting candidates.
- Post job ads in digital media i.e. (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Rozee and in other available local job boards) for all the open position.
- Manage the recruitment of qualified applicants for open positions and ensure that hiring standards are followed.
- Come up with new ideas for branding to get more candidates.
- Review applicant resumes, select, screen, and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Send email invitations to the selected candidates and manage interview schedules with the hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the recruitment status in Applicant Tracking System on timely manner.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience during all stages of the process.
- Other related duties as assigned by Senior Management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Masters in Business Administration (Preferably HR)
- Experience using social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc.) for recruiting is a must.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent Team Player
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Professional proficiency of English communication is required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
