Elixir is seeking a dynamic HR Operations Specialist who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of HR policies and processes, as well as the maintenance of HR systems. This position is not just about compliance; it's about building a world-class HR Operations function that aligns seamlessly with our global HR strategy and Elixir's corporate objectives.

Position: HR Operations Specialist

Your Mission:

  • Lead day-to-day HR Operations activities for our Pakistan employees, from drafting policies to managing employee lifecycles, records, HR services, and new hire orientation sessions.
  • Craft a remarkable new employee experience during the onboarding process, infusing creativity and thoroughness.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of "glocal" HR policies that align with our global HR strategy, Elixir Values, and local standards.
  • Innovate and automate HR processes, making employee documentation and records up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Audit employment policies and procedures, making recommendations to enhance compliance and align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to resolve complex employee relations issues, including support during conflict resolution and investigations.
  • Implement and maintain HR systems, including HCM, leave management, payroll, and organizational structures.
  • Be the guardian of real-time employee data and share reports with relevant stakeholders when needed.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and legal requirements, making recommendations for continual improvement in department efficiency and service quality.
  • Provide guidance on policy interpretation and cultivate improved work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
  • Recommend, evaluate, and participate in staff development activities.
  • Extend expertise and support in cross-functional HR project teams based on emerging needs and initiatives.
  • Execute and continuously enhance HR processes while maintaining confidentiality and a "can-do" attitude towards organizational goals.
  • Prepare employment-related letters and ensure timely execution of ex-employee verification.

Security Designate Responsibilities: You will also serve as a Security Designate, overseeing security incidents, data breaches, policy violations, and more, collaborating with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and the Human Resources Department to ensure compliance and security.

Your Qualifications:

  • Ability to interpret and apply applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
  • A strong focus on data integrity for better business intelligence and compliance.

  • Proficiency with HR tools like Microsoft O365, HCM, ATS, and Leave Management.
  • Excellent business acumen.
  • Self-motivated, people-oriented, and results-driven mindset.

Required Education and Experience:

  • A minimum bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR Operations or HR Management roles, with a comprehensive understanding of HR Operations, Processes, and Systems.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems and tools, including Microsoft O365, SharePoint, and core HR policies and compliance.
  • Demonstrable experience in identifying operational challenges, needs, and performance gaps and their causes.
  • Experience in developing and implementing fair company policies.
  • Working knowledge of various human resource disciplines, including organizational diagnosis, onboarding, terminations, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Experience working as an HR Generalist in diverse domains of HR.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple HR systems.
  • A master's degree in human resources, Business Management, or a relevant field.
